Exchange & Return Guidelines
Exchanges Only: We do not offer returns for a refund unless the product is received in a damaged or faulty condition.
Size Selection: Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size chart properly before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.
Size Exchanges: If an exchange is requested due to size issues, the customer is responsible for all delivery charges associated with the exchange
Timeframe: All exchange or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

Cancellation Requests:
- Customers can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Include the order ID and reason for cancellation in the email or Whatsapp
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
